No Cash Refund Policy

At Gomez Western Wear, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for our western boots and apparel under the following conditions:

  1. Returns for Exchange or Store Credit Only:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  2. Process for Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange an item, please use the Free return label or contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
    • You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
  3. Store Credit:

    • If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will issue a Gift card for the purchase amount. The gift card can only be used on our website Gomezwesternwear.com. 
    • Store credit can be used on any future purchase on the Gomez Western Wear website and does not expire.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards, sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
